The Summit Push
Objective: Shared accomplishment through physical exertion in an alpine environment
The Experience: A full-day guided mission to a geographical objective (Peak Ascent or Alpine Trek). The ultimate "Bucket List" item. Guided ascents of 14ers (like Mt. Elbert) and other scenic peaks, fostering a massive sense of shared achievement.
Crisis Management
Objective: Bolstering leaders and refining crisis communication.
The Experience: Your team is tasked with a simulated search and rescue scenario. Participants must manage limited resources, triage conflicting information, and execute a technical evacuation of an "injured" party. This creates a controlled stress environment that tests your team’s communication protocols. It reveals actionable insights into your group dynamics.
Ice Climb and Winter Strategy
Objective: Adaptive mastery and technical skill acquisition in mountain environments.
The Experience: Winter presents the ultimate variable environment. This session immerses your team in the world of technical ice climbing or mountaineering. Participants learn to use specialized tools (crampons and ice axes, to name a few) to ascend frozen waterfalls or snow slopes. It is a lesson in precision and deliberate action.
